I am an experience designer based in Chicago, Illinois. My passion for user experience stems from my combined interests in psychology and technology. Understanding the user is critical to building the best experience. Leading with curiosity allows us to get to the root of their problems. However, collaborating with and incorporating diverse perspectives into our research is what truly enables us to create impactful and efficient user experiences.

In the past three years, I have worked at IBM, the University of Michigan, and PNC Bank. These experiences have made me proficient in investigating user pain points using design thinking, interviews, and usability testing. I also have expertise in translating insights into innovative AI-driven solutions that improve user experiences.

During my tenure at IBM, I have collaborated with clients across various industries, including retail, finance, insurance, and manufacturing. During my time at the University of Michigan, I spent over two and a half years researching and designing a social media content moderation tool.

In my free time, you can find me brainstorming on Pinterest, reading, needlepointing, or enjoying Lake Michigan with friends in Chicago, IL, or with family in Traverse City, MI.
